I.Con Development was created in 2010, by the Mechanical Engineer, Giorgos Glavas and deals with the development – design and construction of technical projects, in green energy and real estate management applications.
The extensive experience, know-how and good management allow us to cover every need in terms of study, organization, Public management and construction, Private and Special project requirements.
Our love for our work and the reliability of our company have led to an environment of trust and confidence, which helps us to produce the ideal result, with the main objective of satisfying our customers’ needs, always choosing high quality materials to ensure that we construct buildings that last.
We are a constantly growing company with people with a vision of growth and creation.
I.Con Development is a company founded in 2009, specializing in the implementation of construction projects and the management of design and construction projects. The main activities of the company include:
Implementation of Construction Projects (Construction Contracts):
- Undertaking and execution of construction projects of various types and sizes.
- Providing integrated solutions for the construction of buildings, infrastructure and other projects.
- Working with clients to develop and implement construction projects according to their specifications and requirements.
Design & Construction Management (Design & Construction Management)
- Organisation, coordination and management of all phases of a project from design to completion.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Providing project management services including overseeing the construction process, monitoring progress and managing resources.
The company aims to provide high quality projects and maintain excellent relationships with its customers, providing solutions that fully meet their needs.
