Our company undertook the study and design of a new tourist complex, which combines the characteristics of the sea and the sun, "touching" the coastline. Harmoniously, the minimal architecture is combined with the unlimited view towards the sea and the mountain, offering a sense of relaxation. The self-contained apartments, each with a private pool, as well as their geometry and placement, have been created in such a way as to highlight the disposition of the architectural design for privacy and integration with the external environment. The water element, apart from the central pool, is also found in the main building. The water "embraces" the concave and curved part of the central building, creating impressive water strips.
