NEW STOREY HOUSE

The I.Con Development undertook the study of architecture – supervision and construction of the bearing body luxurious bungalow in Varda Ileias.

This is a ground floor house 140sqm, ground floor, garage 40sqm.

Was chosen the solution of a single building volume, residence and parking, with internal communication link between them, in retreat from the fronts of the two-way, to form the surrounding space suitable. The single building stock solution, which proposes, initially, It covers the operational requirements of the owners and secondarily, formed a bungalow, providing an auxiliary space for parking, thus fulfilling the criteria of privacy and independence with neighboring buildings. The end of the building is covered with a plate, without shelter, thus giving , a result of modern, contemporary architecture. internally, there is a height difference, which separates the day zone and the night zone.

Regarding the morphology of the building, goal is the building represents modern architecture, on the forms, the proportions, scale and materials.
